The service was excellent, very friendly. We all tried something different and each dish was outstanding. We went for lunch and were in and out in plenty of time to get back to work. We went in for dinner and had a similar experience. Would highly recommend flatbread and slider!
Were back in town two weeks later and thought we'd see J Berends. He was awesome. We made a good dent in their appetizers - yum. Really liked the Red's Beard. And it was good to see that those hick-ups we experienced on our first visit were gone. We'll be back.
Awesome burgers, love the skillet options. Staff is friendly and you can tell they enjoy working there. The Nacho is massively huge.

Yum! Every dish at our table was delicious! My chicken & mushroom flatbread was anything but cookie cutter; the dough was obviously hand tossed and the ingredients were fresh, not canned or frozen. The falafel was eye-rolling good and plentiful enough to share. The spicy Buffalo Bill burger and Cheese Steak gourmet dog were plate licking good. The staff (many friendly and shining faces) was very friendly and helpful. Even the music was well selected and ambient enough to have a quality conversation without shouting. We became mug club members and look forward to frequenting this establishment. Thank you for a wonderful experience (especially after an evening of doing hay!)!
Was in town for their opening at the beginning of August. Wing Man, roasted vegetable & goat cheese flatbread, good beer and friends made for a great evening. There were a few little hick-ups with our order, but nothing that would keep me from coming back. It was their opening after all. Everything tasted great and prices were reasonable for what we got.
