It has taken over a MONTH to get help and still NOTHING! I am more than happy to provide proof of anything they need. However our child support order from Dec 2015 is to old?! You know because people usually have their court ordered support changed every year?! The print out from the FOC isn't good enough because it shows no payments. Because the father doesn't pay them!! There isn't going to be a payment! The proof of medical insurance premiums.. the monthly bills and proof of cashed checks isn't good enough for proof of an expense. They tried to say it was for a prescption payment. Even sent a copy of the medical card showing that was the insurance provider...anything and everything to deny help. You call and one person tells you one thing to send then the processors who you can never talk to want something else. But instead of calling they just do nothing so you are waiting for an approval/denial call/ letter something and you get NOTHING! I could go on but I think you get my point. Could be a good program but way to much miscommunication.

I sent them all the info and documents they needed and they wouldnt help me , she told me even if she could help me they would be out of funds within the next hour. I guess they pick and choose who they want to help

They really let me down i dont ever ask for help but when i did ask these people led me to believe that they would help they led me on for a month having me send documents after documents for a month then told me i made to much money so they couldnt help me .well they new they couldnt help from the first documents i showed how much i made. But i didnt go for help from any one else and now i have to move from here im all alone with no one to help . They dropped the ball on me and really did care about doing it
