This is the worst experience I've ever had with life insurances. You don't accumulate anything over time, if you call you wait on hold for hours and hours and if you ask them to call you back then they don't. I just want my money back so I can find some reliable, affordable life insurance.
This insc company does not .................... wrong fax number takes forever to change things DO NOT respond to e-mails etc ..............

This company terminates policies of people who may have been to jail or had an addiction. Parents who pay into the policy for children will be shocked to learn one day that if their child becomes a victim of the disease of addiction, Then gerber will opt out and keep all the money they made. This company preys on people who may have issues which lead them into drugs. Addiction is a disease and gerber likes to use it against people.
The customer experience is so poor and frustrating you will regret purchasing a product from them. No one answers their phones. No one returns phone calls. When you do finally receive and return paperwork, it will be ignored. My favorite was being on hold for over an hour and a half and then being told they are closed.
