They forgot to put my dads pants to his suit for my wedding back into the bag, let them lay on the floor for 3 days and then when he called in the day of the wedding, as he saw his pants were not in his bag, the offered to have him get it cleaned again for free. Did not give his money back, how does this help? I called them and I was given excuses, not apologies. I will never trust them with my belongings.
My suits always come back in excellent condition and the prices are fair. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the Newaygo/Fremont area who needs dry cleaning done. Every time I go in there Clare always has a freindly smile to greet me and makes me laugh. Good place.
