I'm being generous with this review. I called ahead to place my order. Only ordered three items and was told to pick up in about 20 minutes. I waited for over 30 minutes!!! They totally messed up my order and since I paid when I first arrived all I was offered was a credit for breadsticks for a future order. Not impressed. The staff didn't seem at all phased that I had been waiting for a very long time.
Clean, pleasant staff. Our family of 4 ate there on a friday night. Staff provided great service. Our food came out fast. No complaints. Would eat at this location in the future!
My father and I went to Pizza Hut on December 8, 2017 and found it to be moderately busy. After waiting 5 minutes to be seated and then another 10 minutes to get a menu we were finally able to order another 10 minutes later. Pizza Hut had a promotion going for their wings during this time. We both ordered wings (8 each) and a cup of soup. The waitress took out order and said she would get it right in. While we waited I noticed there were about 4 families that came in after us; ordered much later than us and were receiving their food in a timely manner. 35 minutes after ordering I asked the waitress when our food was going to be ready. She replied they ran out of wings earlier and had to "bag more wings" (whatever that means) and said our order should be ready soon. Another 15 minutes passed and we asked the waitress to please find out how much longer it was going to be (by this time everyone who had come in after us was either done eating their pizzas or had left). After 5 minutes the waitress did not return to tell us how much longer and in fact it was obvious she was avoiding us. At that point we left. No one tried to stop us and explain; no one seemed to care.
Few years ago it was good pizza since last year I noticed that quality of food going down and now it's not even eatable anymore, I ordered chicken pizza , on whole pizza there were less then 8 pieces of chicken , too much sauce , cheese was not even covering the sauce , bares spots on whole pizza . No taste at all . Had an order of wings , too salty and they tasted old . ruined my dinner. If owner is reading this , improve your food quality .
Rude waitress and bad food. This place has really went downhill. Waited 10 minutes to even be asked what we wanted to drink and there were only 2 other small tables. They brought us out warm drinks with no ice and cold, hard breadsticks. Extremely disappointed, we won't be eating here again.
