Great service, food fast
The store was dead. We ordered the Half & Half with Italian Bread sticks to have dinner. The cashier took our name, paid for it, stated it would take 8 minutes and we waited outside in our car. As we waited more cars pulled up. 15 minutes later I watch our meal be given away to another customer who walked in and order right after us. I walked in and asked about it and they said oooh sorry. It will be another 10 minutes. 15 minutes later our meal still isn't ready. This order could have been in the oven and completely cooked 4Xs now. I asked for the store managers name. The manager at the time asked what was wrong. I told her. She asked if I paid, I said yes when I ordered 35 minutes ago. She stated there was nothing she could do for me. Sorry. What kind of bs is that? You take my money and don't care on what kind of service you give. I should have been given a refund for the poor service and their mistakes. A 10 minute service while they were dead turned into a 40 minute wait...I would still like a refund.
