Nice storefront
The employees are very nice and do a great job normally, but the last three times i've gone here i've gotten really burnt popcorn mixed with regular popcorn and very little butter....so no matter what your tasting burnt popcorn. Hope you can fix this soon,then i can happily say its worth a five going.
I didn't appreciate hearing the whole conversation of the employees behind the curtains. The employees were loud. I do love Fremont Cinemas but this unexceptable to have to drown out the sound of the door dinging and the employees talking.
This absolutely the worst experience i have ever had at any theater ever. I really enjoy fremont cinemas, but my experience at Scoops was unacceptable, the fact that they feel bad enough that you have to go there that they give you free popcorn and pop is pretty sad. When you first enter the theater there are sheets hanging up like a doorway and all along the walls. Half of the 20 seats in the theater were missing cupholders and one was even missing a back. I really enjoyed watching the movie Logan, it is just too bad that i had to listen to whoever the employee that was working at 4:30 on 3/18/2017 talking the entire time. I dont think that he even bothered to try and keep it down while he flirted with somebody from behind the curtain wall the entire movie. Next time ill probably wait until the movie comes out on DVD and watch it in my garage.
Nothing special about the actual ice cream. HOWEVER when they mix different ingredients, it is very good.
