The park manager Dave Landheer is a real down to earth honest man. Road is well maintained and common areas well groomed. Very attractive neighborhood to live in. About 80% of the neighbors are retired. Has city water, sewer, and home property taxes in the monthly rent, has natural gas connections, underground electric. Vary nice

Clean. Older folks mostly. Small dogs allowed but must be registered with the park owner.
