STOLE MONEY AND MY STUFF! WAS PAID THROUGH THE MONTH. WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS DONE USING THE UNIT THEY CHANGED THE LOCK AND REFUSED TO ANSWER CALLS AND LETTERS. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS!
We are sorry that Nicole and Patrick feel as if they were treated unfairly. Their rent was paid to December 1st. Nicole left a message the last week of November stating they would be emptying the unit by December 1st. On December 5th, the unit was found to be unlocked, with trash left behind , and our stainless steel lock and key missing. This was 5 days after the unit was to be completely emptied, indicating these items had been abandoned. The items were disposed of, and the unit re-locked and re-rented. We have not received our stainless steel lock and key back.
